My Choice Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in Woodland Hills. This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the coordination and delivery of high-quality patient care services. This role involves supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, managing operational workflows, and supporting the organizations strategic goals and objectives.
Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure team productivity, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversees and evaluates clinical cases by reviewing services provided, conducting case conferences, and auditing documentation. Guides and instructs staff to promote effective performance and high-quality service delivery.
- Assists staff in establishing immediate and long-term care goals, prioritizing tasks, and developing patient care plans.
- Provides supervision and guidance to clinical staff, including the oversight of therapy assistants and other team members as appropriate.
- Attends and facilitates case conference meetings to ensure seamless care coordination among organization personnel.
- Conducts regular audits of patient records and communicates findings and recommendations to the Supervisor and relevant personnel.
- Completes on-site supervisory visits as required to ensure adherence to organizational policies and professional standards.
- Maintains accountability for clinical staff productivity, utilization, and compliance with documentation standards.
- Ensures that therapy services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination.
- Assists with budget planning, expense management, and revenue growth initiatives for the therapy department.
- Participates in the screening, interviewing, and hiring of new staff and assists in their orientation and onboarding.
- Collaborates with management in planning, implementing, and evaluating in-service training and continuing education programs.
- Assists in the formulation, revision, implementation, and evaluation of organizational policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including clinicians, payers, and patients
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align strategic efforts with company goals
