My Choice Therapy is a growing Home Health Therapy company providing quality services to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for dedicated Home Health Field Physical Therapists to join our team serving Riverside county cities! This is a position where you are driving to see patients in their home.
**This is a 1099 Contractor Position Only (Must have Business License or Sole Proprietorship)
Flexible Schedule - As an independent contractor, you can choose your patient volume and schedule patients on days and times that work with your schedule. (During Daytime Hours)
Must be able to cover the following cities: Hemet, San Jacinto, Homeland, and Perris (REQUIRED)
Must be able to take Start of Cares (SOC) (REQUIRED)
Per Diem Employee Status Only – Paid Per Visit - You have the flexibility to create your own schedule by providing your available days and areas of coverage. You choose which patients you can accept and get to plan your schedule for the day. Once a patient is accepted on your end, it is your responsibility to see that patient.

Physical Therapist Requirements:
- A Valid Practicing License from the State of California
- Business License or Claim Sole Proprietorship
- Professional Liability Insurance
- CPR Certification
- Driver’s License
- Auto Insurance
- Physical Exam (within 6 months from hire)
- TB Clearance (within 6 months from hire)
Salary : $85 - $120
