We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Internal Mobility and Employer Brand Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position reports to the Senior Director, Talent Attraction, Acquisition and Mobility. While this role does not have direct reports, it works closely with teams across the organization.
WORK LOCATION:
As our Talent Enablement & Employer Brand Partner you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we’re located one block away from the North Bethesda Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels.
SALARY RANGE:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP),
The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Mobility Projects
- Develop and implement strategies to promote internal career growth and mobility.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify internal talent and opportunities for advancement.
- Manage internal job posting processes and ensure employees are aware of available opportunities.
- Provide career counseling and coaching to employees seeking new internal opportunities.
- Track and report on internal mobility metrics and trends – share KPIs with HR leadership.
- Reviewing resumes, conducting in-person or virtual interviews with internal candidates.
- Effectively screen and interview candidates, leveraging skills-based and competency-based questions to ensure that the candidate is a fit for the role or has transferrable skills
- Assess the candidates’ overall potential to succeed in the role.
- Administer pre-hire assessments as needed.
- Provide counsel to internal candidates to navigate full-time and project based work throughout the organization.
- Support the senior director in the execution of the Internal Mobility Council meetings and related projects.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the company's presence on social media and career sites to ensure consistent and engaging messaging; create a context calendar accordingly.
- Prepare creative briefs, as well has provide oversight and creative direction and execution for photo and videos shoots.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams and the talent acquisition team to create compelling content that showcases the company culture and values.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
- Monitor and analyze employer brand perception and make recommendations for improvement.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources (HR), marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years experience in talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, and/or employer brand.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Graphic design a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
