The Identity and Access Management team enhances and maintains highly available IAM systems and integrations serving Choice's corporate users, franchisees, hotel staff and frequent traveler program members. As a key member of our Identity & Access Management team, you will own the definition and implementation of all user lifecycle management functions from account creation, update, and de-provisioning to access reviews. Your Responsibilities
- Apply creative skills to design, implement, and maintain complex IAM capabilities
- Configure Okta SSO (single sign-on)
- Write, update, and troubleshoot Okta workflows and python-based AWS lambda functions
- Maintain the Okta universal directory configuration
- Participate in interactive team task planning sessions, code reviews, and standup meetings
- Prepare and update documentation for all new and existing IAM capabilities
- Work closely with stakeholders gathering business requirements as needed
- Participate in process improvement conversations, providing recommendations and potential solutions
- Work independently on larger, moderately complex projects and tasks
- Provide guidance and mentorship as needed within the team

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Manager of Identity & Access Management. You will have four peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
Your Work Location
As our Identity & Access Management Engineer 3 , you will have the option of working remotely - OR - in our beautiful, state-of-the-art technology hub in Scottsdale, AZ
Remote-based associates, working from your home office will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom, with possible periodic travel in-person to our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide offices in North Bethesda, MD, Scottsdale, AZ, or St. Louis Park, MN.
