Position SummaryThe role of Storeroom Attendant is to maintain the storeroom by properly storing all food goods in pre-designated areas with proper rotation.
Starting hourly range for this position is $24.00-$25.00 an hour based on experience.
Maintains proper storage of all food goods in their pre-designated areas Keeps storerooms organized and clean for proper storage Maintains cleanliness of storerooms daily Unpacks all goods for proper distribution Stocks kitchen with food goods; rotates in-process stock Maintains safe work environment, reports or corrects any unsafe acts or conditions Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee Performs other duties as required to provide the service brand behavior
Requirement/Skills
Minimum one year management experience in full service stewarding operations
3 years experience in hotel food and beverage
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Basic computer skills in MS Office, reservation systems, and point of sales systems
Physical Demands
Long hours are sometimes required, ability to work flexible schedule
Ability to stand for long periods of time, frequent bending, occasionally stoop or crawl
Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and push or pull up to 150 pounds
Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment

The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All associates must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move associates from their accustomed shift and alter assigned duties as business dictates.
