Requirements
· Minimum two (2) years in Customer Service experience
· Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, quick learner and be computer savvy
· Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Preferred knowledge of Medicare and Commercial claims rules and regulations
