What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Verifier position at Choice One Staffing Group, Inc.?
Are you looking for a full time, daylight only position? We have openings for a document verifier/data entry clerk working at a great company. This position will last approximately through August. This however could be a permanent position for the right candidate!
Pay rate: $14/hr. Weekly Pay!
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with a 30 min. lunch
**No days can be missed during the first week of training
Job Description:
- Verify tax documents
- Research addresses for unable to forward mail for various tax departments
- Basic data entry (updating addresses, names, etc.)
- Other office jobs, as required (training provided)
Preferred Qualifications:
- STRONG data entry skills (Alpha, numeric, and function keys) with ability to use the “10-Key” number key pad on right side of keyboard.
- Ability to not look at keyboard while typing information from screen and focusing on 100% accuracy.
- Ability to be consistent with meeting daily requirements as set by trainer or supervisor.
- No absences the first 5 days of training. Maintain attendance standards. Start work on time, limit call offs and excessive requests off.
- Must have good time management and decision making skills; sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Must ask questions to understand assignments.
