Job Summary : The Customer Service Representative manages calls received from taxpayers with questions about their accounts and / or taxes being collected. Assist with other tasks to support the team, other business units, perform outbound calls, continued training as required.Primary Responsibilities : Customer service via the phoneUtilize knowledge of tax types collected by companyUtilize knowledge of municipalities and school districts for which company collects taxesAbility to modify address changes and create new accounts in Keystone applicationsProcess credit card payments and E-pay paymentsAbility to sufficiently memo the company taxpayer service applicationsSecondary Responsibilities : Demonstrated ability to listen and retain knowledgeAbility to accurately and attentively complete detailed tasksKeep up to date regarding changes in daily responsibilities or job processesAbility to demonstrate patienceAbility to work under pressure answering 50-100 calls per day depending on call volumeJob Qualifications : High school graduate or have an equivalency certificate (GED)Previous customer service telephone experience is preferredModerate computer skillsModerate level researchProblem-solving / ReasoningClear communication skillsAble to type 60-65 wpmHours : 8 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM; Monday-Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunchTraining and temp assignment will be onsiteMust have perfect attendance for the first 5 days of training.Planned time off needs kept to a minimum and must be provided during the interview processPunctuality is a mustPay rate : $16hr. - Temp to hire position.Our Mission : Choice One Staffing Group offers our employees assistance in finding the best positions for their skills, talents, and experience.
