Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with physical therapists to implement treatment plans, provide hands-on care, and educate patients on their wellness journey. Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with physical therapists to implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Deliver hands-on therapy to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, activities, and techniques to support their recovery and wellness goals.
Document patient progress and communicate updates to the physical therapist and care team.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that aligns with Choice PT & Wellnesss values.
Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in physical therapy and wellness.

Qualifications :

Education : Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Licensure : Current PTA license (or eligibility for licensure) in NC.

Experience : New graduates are welcome; experience in outpatient, orthopedics, or wellness-focused settings is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and team members.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on patient care.

Passion for helping patients achieve their wellness and rehabilitation goals.
