What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Choice Properties?

- daily scouring of property for trash and debris
- resident work orders - clogged drains, leaking faucets, fix door handles, install appliances, paint, install lighting, etc
- get units ready for new move ins - ensure every inch of the apartment and mobile home has been inspected and go above and beyond so our new resident steps in to their perfect home.
- cleaning hallways
- lawn care and landscaping
- some on call
Requirements:
- must live within a 25 minute drive of Lansing
- 3 years of maintenance/construction experience
- clean driving record and background check
- ability to pass a drug test
- ability to lift 100 lbs
- have own basic tools
Housing Discount provided if you choose to live on site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
