Preston Gardens is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our 332-apartment and townhouse community. Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, pool maintenance, and care of common areas and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grounds & Exterior Maintenance: Water plants, remove debris, and clean walkways.
- Pool Area: Clean pool, deck, and ensure safety equipment is in place.
- Dog Park & Waste Stations: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
- Parking Lots & Garages: Sweep and organize parking areas.
- Clubhouse, Gym & Amenities: Clean and sanitize common spaces.
- Yoga Room & Courtyards: Ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Pond & Breezeways: Regularly clean and maintain these areas.
- General Repairs & Safety: Assist with basic repairs, snow removal, and safety checks.
- Collaboration: Work with the management team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
