Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our apartments in a safe, proper, and efficient way. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our apartments inside and out including: faucet replacement, light replacement, outlet replacement, repairing door knobs, painting, etc
- renovations
- Scour the property for trash and debris
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering service with a smile
Qualifications
- Proven experience in apartment maintenance
- ability to around with college age residents
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
