Job Description
We are actively interviewing Occupational Therapy Assistants to work Full-time and PRN in our desirable Lake of the Ozarks skilled nursing community to implement individualized therapy programs designed to help restore and enhance our patient's ability and provide information and instruction to patients and caregivers on necessary skills for maintaining independence.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Program
- Current state licensure
Responsibilities
- Implementing OT treatment for patients with various conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in their health status.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide support in skilled nursing facilities and home environments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patient care.
