What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Manager- Residental Care Home position at Choice Support Services?
Currently searching for a House Manager to work full time 32-40 hours a week at our Group Home in Barre. Perfect position for someone who needs a flexible schedule. House Managers are responsible for overseeing & coordinating care of Residents. Applicants should have Knowledge and experience with case management duties, scheduling of staff, overseeing resident care, medication delegation, and development of individualized care plans. Previous experience working in a residental care home, nursing home or similar setting preferred. All applicants must pass background checks. LNA's, LPN's, RN's encouragaed to apply. Pay is negoitable for the right candidate. Residents are working on improving life skills in order to live as independent as possible. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
