What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life Skills Aide position at Choice Support Services?
Seeking a part-time (Monday - Friday, 9am-2pm) Life Skills Aide, for a fun, kind gentleman in his 50's with a Traumatic Brain Injury residing in the Windsor, VT area. Job duties include (but are not limited to): assisting with home chores, transportation to medical appointments, and assistance with accessing the community. Requirements: valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation. The applicant must be able to pass all state mandated background checks. Experience is preferred but willing to train the right person.

Expected hours: 25 per week
