What are the responsibilities and job description for the Impound Manager position at Choice Towing?
Choice Towing in Fort Collins is seeking a professional Impound Manager for our growing towing company. Experience in towing is not necessary, as we will train the right individual that fits the position and is seeking long term employment. We are seeking an individual that has drive and is wanting to progress with us.
The main role of this position is to assist our Team and Customers with day to day vehicle releases which includes talking with insurance companies and processing title work. This position has duties that include accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing of jobs performed, title work processing. You will be assisting dispatch and Upper Management during scheduled and needed times as well as helping with formulating strategy to improve business performance. You should be ready to help mentor your team members to success, find ways to increase our quality of customer service, and implement best practices as needed.
This position will require an individual with tough skin, as you will be handling vehicle releases and other related tasks. You will be assisting our customers on their next steps after an accident or other event that may need our services. Great customer service and communication skills are a must for this position. You must also be willing to grow and expand with the company.
