This position focuses on direct support and personal interaction rather than traditional clinical tasks. What You'll Be Doing : Provide Direct Support : Deliver personalized care and services, advocating for the individuals with disabilities in your care. Create a Positive Environment : Establish a nurturing, secure space that supports self-expression and personal goals. Facilitate Independence : Help individuals develop skills for daily living and participate fully in their community. Support Job Placement : Assist with job searches, resume building, and preparation for interviews to help individuals enter the workforce. Maintain Safety and Cleanliness : Ensure a clean, safe environment and assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, as needed. Stay Informed : Keep up-to-date with regulations and best practices to provide high-quality service. Qualifications : Compassionate and dedicated to making a difference in individuals' lives Ability to maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders Comfortable with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and compliance Capable of driving facility vehicles and administering medication as required Why Join Us?
