Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct services to individuals and coordinating their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a secure, positive environment that nurtures individuals' needs, self-expression, and goals.
- Deliver individualized services, training, and care for individuals in compliance with healthcare professionals' instructions.
- Maintain working relationships with employers, industry organizations, and public agencies to source job, volunteer, and social opportunities for clients.
- Evaluate an individual's background, skills, and interests as well as build resumes as needed to prepare individuals for interviewing and entry to the workforce.
Requirements:
- At minimum, 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
