Choices Women’s Medical Center, a leading women’s healthcare facility for over 53 years is seeking a dedicated Telehealth Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee and manage the launch of our new telehealth program for Medication Abortion Services. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.
This part-time role requires 2–4 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours. Saturday may be required. The position can be completed in a hybrid capacity, combining on-site and remote work. Daily check-ins are required to ensure seamless coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate telehealth program, including screening and triaging patients.
- Review and input insurance information and demographics into the EMR system.
- Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments with providers and patients.
- Manage follow-up coordination to ensure continuity of care.
- Rotation of on-call responsibilities 1 week per month
Required Qualifications:
- LPN or Registered Nurse certification.
- Proficiency working with EMR systems (EClinicalWorks or TANSY experience is a plus).
- Strong Computer and Computer Troubleshooting Skills.
- Strong ability to take a comprehensive medical history from patients.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Must be pro-choice.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
