We’re looking for experienced servers to join our team. As an Ambassador of Chompie’s, this role is critical to
ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Serving our guests (food/drink orders, etc.) with a
smile and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered with professionalism & hospitality. Enthusiasm and a
positive attitude are part of our winning team.
Server Select Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests courteously and promptly, maintaining full knowledge of menu items, including descriptions so guest questions may be answered promptly and correctly.
- Maintains the highest quality of guest service and adheres to our high standards of health and safety regulations, including acquiring and maintaining a current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification.
- Works collaboratively and maintains positive relationships with all coworkers and guests.
- Be prepared for each shift on time according to scheduled shifts and maintain a regular and predictive attendance record and arrive in proper uniform maintaining a neat and kept appearance conveying a professional image for our guests.

Requirements
- 16 years of age with reliable transportation, and available to work flexible shifts to include mornings, days, evenings, and weekends. Maintain professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- 2-5 years working in a high-volume restaurant is preferred, but not required
