We’re looking for Prep Cooks to prepare the ingredients to be cooked, cold items and other accompanying
sides and items following the Company’s established recipes and food production procedures while
maintaining the utmost regard for Health and Safety regulations and contributing to the overall cleanliness
and efficiency of the kitchen.
Prep Cook Select Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and correctly prepare recipes ensuring product quality, portions, etc. to meet Company standards.
- Adhere to our standards of health and safety guidelines, including acquiring and maintaining a current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification, maintain a clean apron, proper hand washing procedures, temperature danger zone, etc.
- Works collaboratively and maintains positive relationships with all coworkers, working closely with the other prep cooks and the Kitchen Manager to protect the integrity of the Company’s recipes.
- Must alert Management of any potentially harmful foods, behaviors or when product quality is not up to Company standards.
- Must be able to complete all HACCP requirements including Heating & Cooling Logs. Adheres to our standards of health and safety guidelines, including acquiring and maintaining a current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification, maintaining a clean apron, proper hand washing procedures, temperature danger zone, etc.
- Maintains good hygiene and frequent washing of hands to maintain a safe environment for guests and coworkers.
- Be prepared for each shift on time according to scheduled shifts and maintain a regular and predictive attendance record and arrive in proper uniform maintaining a neat and kept appearance conveying a professional image for our guests.

Requirements
16 years of age with reliable transportation, and available to work flexible shifts to include mornings, days,
evenings, and weekends. Maintain professional appearance and a positive attitude.
