A loving and unique family just outside San Antonio is looking for a full-time nanny/family assistant who will feel like part of the family. This is a special opportunity for someone who thrives in a child-centered environment, enjoys outdoor adventures, and finds joy in being an integral part of a family’s daily life.

About the Family:

This dynamic duo has been married for 5 years and work full-time—Mom is the VP of a commercial construction company working from home, and Dad helps run a family business. Their parenting journey is extra special, they adopted a child and, at the same time, welcomed a biological baby into their lives. With supportive grandparents nearby and a tight-knit family vibe, their home is filled with love, activity, and lots of giggles.

They have two amazing toddlers: one is a picky eater, and the other sometimes needs a little extra love at bedtime. The family lives on 120 beautiful acres with cows, chickens, a huge garden, a playground, and endless opportunities for exploration.

Home Sweet Home:

• Two-story main house with a cozy open-concept family living space.
• A beautifully restored two-bedroom cottage (perfect for a live-in!) with pastel interiors, kitchen, queen and twin beds, and charming vintage vibes.

• Warm, nurturing, energetic, and proactive.
• Loves the outdoors—exploring nature, chasing chickens, and planning garden adventures.
• Enjoys working with toddlers, creating fun and educational experiences.
• Flexible, thoughtful, and capable of supporting each child’s unique needs (especially with meals and sleep routines).
• Willing to pitch in around the house when needed—light tidying, meal prep, and kids' laundry.
• Can drive (your own vehicle) and is open to the possibility of joining the family on occasional trips.
• Comfortable working in a household with family members and temporary helpers around, we’re all in this together!

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (guaranteed 32–40 hours/week)
• Start Date: ASAP (They have temp help until June)
• Pay: $22–$28/hr. (flexible for the right fit)
• Live-in or live-out options available
• PTO/Holidays
