Who we are
Choose is an online shopping app that provides daily private sales on your favorite brands! We aim to help users discover the most unique brands out there!
Choose App started its American journey 2 years ago. We've been hard at work for the past 8 years building the app in France and are so excited to have launched it in the US from our New York Choose office.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Influencer Roster Coordinator to support the daily operations and engagement of our ambassador program. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth processes, maintaining positive relationships with creators, and keeping our internal dashboard up to date.
Your Missions:
1. Roster Maintenance
- Track and manage influencer credits
- Verify content posted (post-check)
- Ensure orders are correctly placed and aligned with campaign rules
2. Roster Engagement
- Interact with influencers across social platforms (likes, comments, DMs)
- Respond to messages and questions in a timely and friendly manner
- Keep the roster community active and valued
3. Dashboard & Reporting
- Update the internal Dash Roster with relevant data
- Ensure accurate and consistent reporting
- Flag anomalies or areas for optimization
About You
- Based in New York City
- A strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, or community management
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A good communicator – both written and verbal
- Comfortable navigating social platforms (primarily Instagram)
- Positive, curious, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong copywriting skills, with a feel for tone, rhythm, and community-first language
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience working with influencers or in a marketing team
- Passion for fashion, culture, lifestyle, and conscious brands
- Familiarity with Metabase, Notion, or similar dashboards/tools
