Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely handling of goods. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Primary Job Duties

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Enforce operational policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate branch service statistics
• Program planning with the Director of Compliance and the Branch Staff building and achieving goals that are determined by the Executive Team
• Follow company policies and procedures, and encourage a positive and respectful work environment
• Strong understanding of business management and leadership principles, including time and project management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Coaching and conflict resolution skills to keep the work environment focused on the goal of running a successful program
• Ensure operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed
• Follow inventory control systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on operations performance
• Plan for and manage the procurement of necessary equipment and supplies
• Implement cost-saving measures and improve operational efficiency
• Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology
• Train staff on the use of new technologies and systems
• Develop long-term strategies for operations to support business growth
• Recognize needs for future capacity and scalability
• Collaborate with other departments, such as development and accounting, to align operations with overall business goals
• Cleanliness and tour ready at ALL times
• Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
