- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and safety standards of equipment and use
- Provide welcoming customer service
- Ensure quality of product
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Estimate food requirements and food inventory
- Ensure we’re providing the best quality products at the best prices
