Chop Shop is an upscale independent grocery store, deli, butcher, and bakery with a restaurant attached. We offer only the highest quality perishables along with unique gourmet and natural organic items. We currently have an opportunity for a Market & Deli Manager .
Our goal is to focus on local products to have at Chop Shop. We're looking for someone that can help build those partnerships with local vendors but also drive a culture of outstanding customer service.
Full knowledge of operating a Deli and Market in a grocery store environment is required for this position.
Will also include knowledge of schedule writing, order writing, safety, sanitation and gross profit management.
Must be proficient in maintaining a clean and organized store.
Must be able to maintain, clean, and teach others how to properly use and care for deli equipment.
Experience and knowledge with local product marketing, specialty cheese, and natural organic products would be beneficial.
Pay $17-$22/hr depending on experience plus profit share and benefits.
