Location : Breinigsville, PA 18031
Job Type : Part-time
Pay : $40.00 per hour
We're hiring a part-time Clinician for our Paths Program in Breinigsville, PA. Paths is a residential treatment program for adolescent males aged 10-15 who have demonstrated sexually problematic behaviors. The Clinician will work with adolescents to provide therapy and treatment to address those issues that led the clients to our program.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Meets with clients and provide individual therapy sessions weekly.
Runs / co-facilitates therapeutic groups for all residents
Complies with both internal and external requirements for documentation and associated timelines.
Participates in weekly meeting with clinical team for case conceptualization
Assists in preparation of treatment plans, court reports, and other clinical documentation.
Aids in the assessment of suitability of family members for discharge consideration
Maintains regular contact with juvenile probation officers and / or caseworkers for case coordination.
Clinically supervises residents while following program policies and assuring compliance with BARJ principles and best practices within the field.
Remains on call after hours for a week at a time, several times a year.
Education / Experience :
Therapeutic training : Master's Degree required.
A License in MFT or supervision toward this end is preferred.
Specific training and / or experience with sexual offending population and / or adolescents is preferred.
Certificates and Licenses
Valid driver's license required
One of several clinical licenses preferred
MFT License Preferred
