Location : Breinigsville, PA 18031
Job Type : Part-time
Pay : $26.00 per hour
We are seeking a part-time Family Therapist for our Paths Program in Breinigsville, PA to provide bi-weekly family therapy sessions to an approximate caseload of 8-9 clients, attend weekly clinical meetings, and complete family assessments and involvement plans for clients. Two group therapy sessions will be held 1 day per week. The Family Therapist will maintain documentation on each client's electronic health record.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Meet with clients and their families on a regular bi-weekly basis (caseload of 8-9 clients)
Runs / co-facilitates therapeutic groups 1 day per week
Complies with both internal and external requirements for documentation and associated timelines.
Participate in weekly meeting with clinical team for case conceptualization
Assists in preparation of treatment plans, court reports, and other clinical documentation.
Completes quarterly family assessments.
Assists with victim / sibling's reunification, when warranted
Assess the status of family involvement and discuss strategies for improvement / relevant attendance with supervisors
Aids in the assessment of suitability of family members for discharge consideration
Maintains regular contact with juvenile probation officers and / or caseworkers for case coordination.
Clinically supervises residents while following program policies and assuring compliance with BARJ principles and best practices within the field.
Remains on call after hours for a week at a time, several times a year.
Education / Experience :
Therapeutic training : Master's Degree required.
A License in MFT or supervision toward this end is preferred.
Specific training and / or experience with sexual offending population and / or adolescents is preferred.
Certificates and Licenses
Valid driver's license required
One of several clinical licenses preferred
MFT License Preferred
