Children’s Dental Surgery is seeking a passionate EFDA to join our close-knit team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients.
As a EFDA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients feel comfortable and receive the highest quality dental care possible. You will assist the dentist during procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments, maintain patient records, and provide exceptional patient care. The ideal assistant for our team has a calm disposition and a talent for building rapport with young patients, who may be scared or anxious.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
Location: 596 Lancaster Ave Suite 300 Malvern, Pennsylvania 19355 United States
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Perform expanded functions, including restorations, extractions, and root canals
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an EFDA
- Demonstrated desire to work in a pediatric setting
- Radiology certification
