Tri-Cities Orthodontic Specialists is seeking a passionate RDA to join our team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients.
As our RDA, you will have the opportunity to perform coronal polishing while building rapport with our young patients.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm / Friday: 8am-12pm
Location: Travel between two locations (8 Sheridan Square Suite 400 Kingsport, Tennessee & 235 Linden Square Bristol, Virginia)
Responsibilities
- Travel between two rotating offices.
- Must be able to work in kid-friendly environment
- Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; positioning instruments for dentist’s access; suctioning; passing instruments
- Provides diagnostic information by exposing and developing radiographic studies
- Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
- Provides materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient’s mouth.
- Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA Guidelines. This includes: scrubbing the instruments, packing the instruments, running the instruments through the statim or autoclave
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) program.
- Current X-Ray certification
- CPR certified
