Treatment Coordinator

Overview

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people? Spark Orthodontics is looking for a Treatment Coordinator (TC) to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you’ll ensure our patients receive seamless, stress-free care by coordinating surgical procedures, managing schedules, and providing excellent communication from start to finish.

Pay: $15–$17 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; occasional Fridays, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM

Location: This role rotates between our Hazleton and Danville office locations

Responsibilities

• Manage dental insurance prior authorizations, ensuring they are secured at least 30 days before surgery.
• Notify patients of their scheduled surgery time one week prior and confirm all necessary co-pays are collected in advance.
• Maintain accurate scheduling using Dentrix and Vision systems, ensuring alignment across platforms.
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedule changes and cancellations, keeping detailed records of reasons.
• Assist in collecting medical deductibles when applicable (separate from dental benefits).
• Check and respond to company emails daily to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Dentrix software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with patients and staff.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
