Job Responsibilities
Coordinates and performs optimization of the manufacturing processes as it relates to machinery, molds, and tooling to continually enhance output while staying within timelines. Writes process instructions for the cell groups, with the Engineering team, ensuring they have been reviewed and validated to meet equipment and tooling standards. Troubleshoots and implements best practice solutions to equipment/tooling obstacles, with Maintenance and Product Managers, that will maximize output while meeting downtime constraints.
