Duties

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure proper food handling and preparation techniques.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Prepare meals for various events, including banquets and special occasions.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food service for events or large parties.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
