Technical Leadership :
Lead development efforts building a new Platform, ensuring it’s highly scalable, secure, and robust.Act as the primary problem solver for complex challenges, providing technical guidance on critical decisions, and working with the Architect to create a strong foundation for the businessCreate and maintain 0 - 1 systems, and create a strong QA foundation for de-risking platform buildCollaboration and Solutions Architect :
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, playing a key role in designing and implementing scalable solutions.Champion security measures, proactively identifying and resolving potential vulnerabilities to protect user data.Mentorship and Innovation :
Mentor and inspire engineers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.Drive continuous improvement through code reviews and staying updated with industry best practices.Product Collaboration :
Work closely with product managers and designers to translate diverse user needs into elegant and efficient solutions.Experience and Decision-making :

Experience : 8 years of professional experience as a fullstack software engineer, specializing in cloud-based solutions and TypeScript development. The engineer should understand fundamentals like SOLID principles and possess strong object oriented development skills.Platform Development : Proven track record of leading the design and development of platforms from inception to go-live (0-1).Cloud & Security Proficiency : Deep understanding of AWS and cloud security best practices to ensure platform robustness and compliance.Leadership & Collaboration : Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and collaborating with a diverse team.Proven Delivery : Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality software solutions, adhering to high standards of performance and maintainability.Problem-solving Prowess : Tenacious problem-solver thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, contributing unique experiences and perspectives to shape innovative solutions.Who We’re Looking For :
