We are currently hiring a Community Marketing Associate to join our El Paso office. Our non-profit partners have given us exclusive rights to represent them in the local area, and to meet the requirements of our contract, we are expanding our community and customer outreach team immediately. The main objective of the Community Marketing Associate is to engage with potential donors at various community-based events.
Responsibilities of the Community Marketing Associate :
- Engage with potential donors in the local community, educate them about our client's services and answer any questions they may have
- Answer customer questions and provide solutions tailored to their needs
- Travel throughout assigned territory to assist with promotional events
- Collaborate with fellow team members to learn best practices and develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the event process
- Actively contribute to a positive, engaging work environment by collaborating and maintaining professional, friendly relationships across all teams and departments
