Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Lead a team of event crew members, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout each event.
- Event Planning & Execution: Oversee the setup, breakdown, and overall execution of charity event spaces, ensuring all materials are properly arranged and utilized.
- Promotional Activities: Support and guide your team in promoting our charity’s community-based initiatives, engaging event attendees, and fostering interest in our cause.
- Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events, adapting to changing circumstances to ensure a seamless experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create an organized, welcoming event environment while meeting the goals of the event.
- Logistics Coordination: Ensure the timely arrival and departure of event materials and personnel, managing all logistical aspects efficiently.

- Prior experience in a leadership role, particularly in events or customer-facing environments.
