Chosen Legacy Elite is a competitive cheerleading program focused on fostering athleticism, teamwork, and personal growth. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cheer Coach to join our team and help our athletes reach their full potential for the upcoming season.
Job Description:
As a Cheer Coach at Chosen Legacy Elite, you will work with athletes of various age groups and skill levels, developing their cheerleading abilities, stunts, and routines. You will be an integral part of our coaching team, motivating and supporting athletes to excel in both individual and team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching in cheerleading techniques, stunts, jumps, and tumbling.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate drills and routines.
- Support athletes’ physical and mental growth, fostering team spirit and sportsmanship.
- Ensure the safety of athletes by enforcing safety guidelines and maintaining a safe training environment.
- Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive training program for all athletes.
- Attend competitions and assist with choreography and team preparation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cheerleading coaching, including stunting, jumps, and tumbling.
- Strong knowledge of cheerleading techniques and competition routines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with athletes of various ages and skill levels.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
