Chosen Legacy Elite is a competitive cheerleading program dedicated to developing athletes’ skills and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Jump and Stretch Coach to join our team and help our athletes improve their jump technique and flexibility.

Job Description:
As a Jump and Stretch Coach at Chosen Legacy Elite, you will work with athletes to enhance their jumping abilities, flexibility, and overall strength. Your role will focus on improving their technique, height, and form in jumps, as well as increasing their flexibility through effective stretching routines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching on proper jump techniques, including height, form, and power.
• Lead stretching and flexibility exercises to improve range of motion and prevent injury.
• Develop age-appropriate drills and routines to improve athletes’ jump skills.
• Monitor and track athletes’ progress, offering constructive feedback and motivation.
• Ensure safety during all practices and stretching sessions, following proper guidelines.
• Collaborate with other coaching staff to support overall athlete development.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience coaching jumps, stretching, or flexibility training (cheerleading or gymnastics experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of jump techniques, form, and flexibility exercises.
• Excellent communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with athletes of varying skill levels and ages.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed

Ability to Commute:

• Concord, NC 28027 (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
