JOB TITLE: Outreach Therapist
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, 40 hours/wk
SCHEDULED HOURS: Monday-Friday 9AM-1PM start at Danielson Court, 1-5 in Danielson office. NO WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: TREATMENT PATHWAYS PROGRAM
To provide a full range of court and community based clinical and community support services for assigned clients with substance use disorders through the entire pretrial process. To facilitate access to appropriate treatment services by providing assessment, referral and linkage to community mental health and addictions services. Manages client’s care through the client’s entire pretrial process.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts Clinical and Risk Assessments, including: C-SSRS, psychosocial assessment and level of care assessments
- Collaborates with individuals to create individualized, person centered treatment plans and documents clients progress during treatment.
- Provides documentation to court personnel regarding compliance of treatment.
- Use Motivational Interventions to assist clients in meeting their goals and moving along their paths to recovery, utilizing stage wise interventions
- Provide psycho-educational rehabilitation services sessions as needed.
- Support individual with linking and engaging with natural (family, friends) or community supports
- Develop crisis plans for clients and work with other staff to respond to crisis situations as needed.
- Provide intensive skill building interventions and support for self-management, self-advocacy, health and well-being, relapse prevention, and using community resources
- Participate in family education and support activities
- Maintain documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
- Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.
- Additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Masters degree in Behavioral Health field or related field.
Experience: Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience as a psychotherapist working with people with mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders. Demonstrated training and experience in all aspects of mental health treatment, assessment, evaluation and provision of individual, group and family therapy. Relevant experience to program model to which individual is assigned.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: License-eligible preferred but not required. Associate’s level license required.

COMPENSATION*:
$ 60,496/00/annually min, and up commensurate upon experience.
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
