As Director of Nursing (DON), you will have the opportunity to work with a great team of dedicated individuals. We offer a team based approach to patient care and operate in a supportive environment that fosters the highest level of teamwork, integrity, respect and empowerment.
Individuals must be team players with proven leadership skills, hold an RN license in Pennsylvania, have 3-5 years of progressive long term care experience, possess excellent verbal / written communication skills, and have a stable work history. Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience is preferred.
