We are looking for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work either day shift or night shift. We are also open to PRN positions. We offer flexible shifts, so you can work 4x10 or 3x12! Pay starts at 26.50 with extra incentives for shift differential.

Licensed Practical Nurse Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and administer medications to our residents and provide treatments as ordered by physician.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Assistants in accordance with the current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long-term care facilities.
- Demonstrating the ability to think independently, supervise staff, and work as a team member for the good of the resident.
- Must hold a valid Kentucky Practical Nurse License or temporary practice permit.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Preferred experience in long-term care, but new grads are welcome to apply! We will train you!
