The Administrator is responsible for directing the day-to-day functions of the community in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and with policies adopted by the Governing Body, that govern the long-term care facility, as well as may be directed by the Administrator.
The ideal candidate must be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator and possess strong leadership qualities, long-term care management experience and the desire to enhance the quality of life that residents enjoy
