Resolve issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery
What Were Looking For:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to learn quickly and understand insurance and financial services terminology
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in customer service or financial services is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
