Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions
- Make accurate modifications to consumer policies depending on the information supplied
- Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
- Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed
- Previous customer service experience required for this position
- Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
