We're hiring an organized administrative office assistant to be responsible for a variety of tasks to help our daily operations, customers, and team! Responsibilities include answering emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, planning travel arrangements, appointments for employees, managing google spreadsheets, employee questions, etc! Looking for someone who loves completing tasks (50-100 tasks / day)! Candidates should be great communicators who are driven and have great time management skills.
