Are you passionate about real estate and known for your attention to detail? We’re looking for a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic, high-performing team in Northern Virginia.
We're gearing up to launch with Zillow Flex, we operate from a state-of-the-art office space, and we’ve built one of the largest social media followings in the DMV with 10M monthly views across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support agents with day-to-day administrative tasks and transaction management
- Coordinate listings, MLS updates, signage, and photography
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, vendors, and team members
- Schedule showings, inspections, and closings
- Assist with marketing efforts including social media posts, email campaigns, and CRM updates
What We’re Looking For:
- Meticulous organization and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and ready to problem-solve
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
