Your Role and Impact:
- Guide clients clearly by explaining their rights and options in understandable terms, aiding them in informed decision-making.
- Design and implement tailored strategies to meet clients’ objectives.
- Champion clients’ needs to achieve their goals, minimize delays, and provide an exceptional client experience.
Key Skills and Qualities Required:
- Exceptional client service skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven litigation experience, ideally within personal injury law.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and a commitment to the client experience.
Pay:
- $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (Inclusive of Base Working and Bonus Percentages)
