The Digital Marketing Manager at Chris-Craft is an essential part of the Marketing Team, responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to promote the Chris-Craft brand. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and leads that translate into sales.

Duties / Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist with production of all marketing materials including ad pages, collateral, website, brochures, and signage, while retaining the Chris-Craft brand image.
- Maintain and populate our customer facing websites - chriscraft.com and chriscraftdealers.com - constantly optimizing for best usability.
- Evaluate and improve metrics that drive our sales through monitoring our website traffic, leads, and target audience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media as well as measuring and reporting on performance.
- Maintain and improve upon our digital platforms- MyChrisCraft App and Salesforce CRM system.
- Work with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service Teams to brainstorm strategies that improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred
- Proven work experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user interfaces
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good verbal/written communication skills
