Tile Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks, including flooring installation, fixture installation, and remodeling projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.

Duties

• Perform flooring installation, including tile laying and other floor care tasks.
• Install fixtures and components as part of remodeling projects.
• Conduct water damage restoration work as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on construction estimating and project planning.
• Build structures and frameworks as required for various installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during all installations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in flooring installation, fixture installation, or related fields.
• Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes.
• Strong carpentry skills and experience in building structures.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites, adhering to safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
