Compensation : This position will be task pay, and is based on performance. The average pay for this position with task pay is $60,000 to $144,000 based on performance.
Hours : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm or 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm with a half-hour lunch
Responsibilities :
- Assist installation team on residential HVAC installation
- Excellent communication with homeowners
- Manage project timelines and work scope
- Being on time, reliable, and a team player daily! - be someone we can count on!
- Ability to keep track of tools and be well-organized
- Be self-sufficient and willing to learn
- Maintain a professional appearance
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of hvac lead installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
- Ability to train entry-level installers
- Strong communication abilities and a positive attitude
- Excellent time management and planning abilities
- An awesome attitude and is a great team player!
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
